Shipping & FAQ
Delivery:
All items are sent using Australia Post Standard postage. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Please understand that we cannot control the speed of the delivery. Delivery can take longer if there are public holidays or bad weather events.
Expected Transit Times:
Australia Post Standard Service- 3-10 business Days
Australia Post Express Post: 2-7 Business Days
DHL Express- 3-5 Business Days (For items shipping from external Warehouse)
Please Note: Australia Post Delivery estimates are based on Business Days. Australia Post does not work on weekends or public holidays.
When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday- Friday. Most orders will be posted the next day after payment has been made. In some cases the warehouse may need 1-3 business days to process the order.
Can I track the status of my parcel?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking details. Please note that sometimes tracking is not updated straight away. Please check it again later. If you have no confirmation of the order or tracking please check your email junk mail folder
Late Delivery or Not received:
If you are concerned that your delivery is taking longer than it should or has not arrived, please contact us so we can find out what is happening.
Faulty Items/ Damaged in Transit
If you have received an item that does not work or is damaged in transit, please accept our apology. All items are visually checked before being posted but can become damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us straight away. You will need to provide photos or videos of the damage. We can then either replace the item or provide you with a refund.
Incorrect items:
If you have received the incorrect item, we are sincerely sorry about the mix up. Please contact us within 1 weeks of delivery with a picture of what has been received and we will solve the issue asap
What model is my device?
