Delivery:

All items are sent using Australia Post Standard postage from Bendigo Victoria. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Please understand that we cannot control the speed of the delivery. Delivery can take longer if there are public holidays or bad weather events.

 

Express Post:

We recommend that if your item is needed urgently then please consider Express post. Delivery times are usually 1-3 Business days from the time of dispatch.

 

Please Note: Australia Post Delivery estimates are based on Business Days. Australia Post does not work on weekends or public holidays.

 

Late Delivery or Not received:

If you are concerned that your delivery is taking longer than it should or has not arrived, please contact us so we can find out what is happening.

 

Faulty Items/ Damaged in Transit

If you have received an item that does not work or is damaged in transit, please accept our apology. All items are visually checked before being posted but can become damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us straight away. You will need to provide photos or videos of the damage. We can then either replace the item or provide you with a refund.

 

Incorrect items:

If you have received the incorrect item, we are sincerely sorry about the mix up. Please contact us within 1 weeks of delivery with a picture of what has been received and we will solve the issue asap

 

Exchanges:

Item exchanges are available if you have purchased the incorrect model. Once your item is received back to us, we will exchange it with the item needed and send it straight back to you.

 

Is all stock in Australia?

Yes, all items are in stock ready to be posted.

 

What model is my device?
